For the Ruckzuck sausage salad, first chop the iceberg lettuce and put it in a pot of water and wash it. Cut the crackers into small pieces.

For the dressing, pour about 2 cm of herb vinegar into a measuring cup and add 300 ml of water, stir in liquid sweetener. Remove the lettuce from the water, drain well and place in a bowl.

Add the sliced sausage as well and mix well. Pour the dressing over it, spread some oil on top. Last but not least, pour some dark cream balsamic vinegar over it.
