For the potato-celery puree, wash the potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Also wash the celery, possibly with a vegetable brush, peel and cut into pieces.

Cook the potato and celery pieces together with the herb salt in water. Drain and collect the water. Then mash well with a potato masher, adding some of the collected water.

Add whipped cream and nutmeg as well and whip everything with a whisk.

Preparation Tip:

Finish the potato-celery puree with roasted onion rings.
