For the potato casserole with eggs, boil the potatoes in salted water. Strain, rinse with cold water and peel. Cut potatoes into slices, bacon and hard-boiled eggs into cubes.

Layer half of the potato slices in a greased baking dish, salt and top each with two-thirds of the egg and bacon cubes.

Layer the remaining egg and bacon cubes on top and pour the sour cream over the whole. Sprinkle with butter flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven on the middle shelf at 180°C for about 20 minutes. Before serving, sprinkle the potato casserole with eggs with chopped parsley.
