For the poppy seed strudel filling, grind the poppy seeds in a food processor.

Boil beet syrup and sugar in water and mix with the ground poppy seeds.

Add ground hazelnuts, candied lemon peel, raisins, grated organic lemon and butter and knead everything properly.
