For the popovers, whisk milk with salt and eggs until foamy, add flour. Spread a spoonful of oil in each muffin tin with a brush, also the edge.
Put the tray in the preheated oven at 220 degrees for 5 minutes. After the 5 minutes, quickly pour the batter into the 6 muffin tins provided and put the muffin tray right back into the oven.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, DO NOT open the oven door.
Preparation Tip:
The popovers taste very good with spicy but also with sweet spreads / jam. And best when they are freshly baked on the table. Ideally, you use a sturdy muffin tray.
