Sauté the peeled and diced tomatoes in olive oil and paradeis pulp. Extinguish everything with salt, pepper and a dash of water, put the seasoned plaice fillet on top. Cover and cook for about 6 minutes.

Arrange everything on a flat plate and bring to the table with the cooked, peeled potatoes and basil leaves.
