Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Tear the pinze into coarse pieces and layer them in a baking dish.

Spread the berries evenly on top. Mix the cream cheese, eggs, whipped cream, sugar and vanilla pulp well and pour over the berry-pineapple mixture.

Place in the oven and let bake for about 40 minutes. If the casserole browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil.

If desired, sprinkle the casserole with powdered sugar and serve. Tastes great cold, too!

Preparation Tip:

This casserole can also be prepared wonderfully with leftover Easter striezel, toast or croissants.
