For the pineapple smoothie, peel the pineapple and separate it from the stalk. Then put the apples, banana, pineapple and lemon juice of 1/2 lemon and some mineral water in the stand mixer and puree.

Top up with mineral water until the desired consistency is reached.

Preparation Tip:

Use only ripe pineapple for the pineapple smoothie or omit the lemon juice. With a little coconut water, the smoothie gets a subtle coconut note.
