Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Prepare pasta in salted water for 10-12 minutes al dente. Cut leek into thick slices. Blanch in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.

Cut onions into fine slices. Remove sausage from skin and cut into thick sticks. Heat fat in a frying pan and sauté onions and lyonnaise. Season with salt and pepper.

Grease an ovenproof dish and layer the whole thing in it. Mix milk and eggs, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg. Pour over the pasta. Coarsely grate the cheese and sprinkle on top. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
