For the mushroom-vegetable pan, clean mushrooms, zucchino and pak choi. Halve or quarter mushrooms depending on size, halve zucchino, remove seeds and cut into pieces.

Cut individual pak choi leaves into strips about 2-3 cm wide. Sauté everything in oil, season with salt and peanut oil and mix with the sweet and sour sauce.

Preparation Tip:

The mushroom-vegetable pan goes well with basmati rice.
