Of the well over 2,000 different varieties of mint, you should definitely try the naneminze, also called Moroccan or Turkish mint, which is used to prepare “Wiskey marocain”.

“Wiskey marocain” is a distinctive mint tea drunk in North African countries.

For this, the second infusion of normal green tea is infused together with a few sprigs of fresh mint and sugar. After five minutes, the tea is ready and can be served traditionally in small glasses.
