A cake recipe for all foodies:
Cream the butter with the sugar and eggs, then gradually add the other ingredients. Sift the baking soda into the flour and knead the whole. Roll out the dough to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out rings about 2 cm wide and about 8 cm in diameter using a ring cutter.
You can also use a small bowl and a small mug with different diameters of about 2 cm.
Bake the rings in hot fat or oil until golden brown.
Bake for about 5 minutes, then turn over in sugar spiced with cinnamon.
