Instructions:

For the Galaxy Cookies, cut the butter into cubes and quickly knead all the ingredients for the dough on the work surface to form a dough. Let the finished dough rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Roll out the dough to a thickness of 0.5 cm and cut out large hearts (or another object with a large surface). Bake at 170 °C for about 7 to 10 minutes until the cookies are golden-brown.

For the glaze, mix the beaten egg whites with the powdered sugar. Divide the glaze into 4 parts. Color one of them black, the other blue and the third part pink. Leave the fourth part white.

Thinly coat the cookies with black icing and when it is still wet, spread pink and blue blobs on top and spread with a toothpick. Paint small dots and stars with the white icing and let the Galaxy Cookies dry.

Preparation Tip:

The Galaxy Cookies can also be cut out in other shapes.
