Stir through three soup spoons of soy sauce and ginger powder. Mix with the meat cut into strips and let stand for about an hour. Cut bell bell pepper into tender strips. Fry meat in batches in hot oil over high heat until hearty. Remove from frying pan. Roast bell bell pepper, long grain rice and cashews in the frying fat for three min. Fold in meat, clear soup and sherry. Season with remaining soy sauce, ginger powder and perhaps salt.
