Instructions:

(*) as an entrée or small snack, mix flour and salt in a baking bowl. Stir the yeast with 1/5 of the water until liquid. Add the rest of the water and the oil to the flour. Meanwhile, knead the dough for 5-10 minutes until smooth.

Put the lid on the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.

Cut the onions into rings, the bacon into strips. Grate the cheese on a rösti grater. Mix curd cheese and sour cream, season.

Roll out the dough thinly into a rectangle. Spread the curd mixture on it. Spread onions and bacon evenly, sprinkle cheese on top. Bake in a 200 °C hot oven for about 15 minutes.
