Mix curd with baking soda and let it sit for 2-3 days with the lid closed until it looks glassy.

Heat butter in a saucepan, add curd and stir until melted.

If the mixture is too thick, add a little milk. Remove the cooked cheese from the heat, season with caraway seeds and salt and fold in the egg yolks.

Allow the cheese to cool and set.

Preparation Tip:

If you don't like caraway seeds, you can make the cooked cheese without them.
