For the chocolate nut cake, preheat oven to 175 °C top-bottom heat.

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, salt and vanilla sugar. In another bowl, mix water, oil and vinegar.

Fold flour mixture into liquid mixture and mix well. Mix in nuts.

Pour the baking mixture into a greased springform pan and bake the chocolate-nut cake for about 30 minutes.

Preparation Tip:
