Boil the potatoes, peel and keep warm.

Wash the chard carefully, drain and remove the stems.

Cook the leaves in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes until al dente. Drain and drain well.

Peel and finely chop the garlic. Cut the potatoes into wedges (eighths) and place in a pan over low heat.
