Instructions:

For the burger au gratin, wash the lettuce and cut the onions into rings.soak the bread in water and squeeze well.finely chop the onions and fry until golden brown,

Mix the minced meat with all the ingredients, form the patties and fry them on both sides, cover with the onions and mozzarella slices and gratinate in the preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Toast the wholemeal toast, cover with a lettuce leaf and place the burger au gratin on top.

Preparation Tip:

Add ketchup or other sauce between lettuce leaf and burger if desired!
