For the buckwheat porridge with herbs, first wash and dry the buckwheat well. Chop the onion, add to the pot and fry briefly in the oil. Add buckwheat porridge and roast both for another 5 minutes.

Stir and add the soup. Once the porridge has come to a boil, simmer at a lower temperature for another 15 minutes.

Stir in herbs and simmer for another 10 minutes or until water has evaporated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
