Instructions:

For the buckwheat pizza, first prepare the dough. To do this, mix all the ingredients and knead by hand or with a mixer until a uniform dough mass is formed.

Place the bowl with the dough, covered with a cloth, in a warm water bath and let it stand until it has doubled in volume.

In the meantime, heat the oven to approx. 200 °C on the pizza setting (hot air + bottom heat). Then pull or roll the dough and place on a baking sheet.

For the topping, mix tomato sauce with some salt, pepper, thyme and enough oregano. Spread the sauce evenly over the dough.

Once topped, bake on the middle rack for up to 25 minutes, depending on the amount of topping.
