Beat the snow. Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and finish beating. Beat egg yolks and powdered sugar until fluffy, add oil and spices, mix again briefly.

Preparation Tip:

Grey poppy seed oil is very good for baking cakes, but you can use another for blackberry cake.
