Berry Muesli Biscuit with White Chocolate

For the berry muesli biscuits with white chocolate, melt the white chocolate over steam. Mix the lip-warm chocolate coating with the berry muesli and the raisins. Form small heaps with a coffee spoon and place on a baking tray with baking paper. Allow the biscuits to set.

To garnish, lightly toast the pignoli. Melt the black couverture over steam as well. Drizzle the berry muesli bites with the lip-warm black couverture and sprinkle with pignoli.
