For the beer steaks, rub the steaks with oil and garlic and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Let stand for 1 hour.
For the beer sauce, saute mushrooms in butter and lemon juice for 5 minutes. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute. Then add the beer to deglaze and bring everything to a boil.
Add the soy sauce and season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a pan and sear the steaks in it for 3-4 minutes on each side. Pour the beer sauce over them and let the beer steaks simmer for another 2 minutes.
