Instructions:

For baked apple rings, first peel the apples, carefully remove the core and slice the apples. Soak them in lemon water.

For the dough, beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff. Mix the remaining ingredients and finally gently fold in the snow.

Remove the apple rings from the lemon water, drain and sprinkle with a little powdered sugar.
