For the avocado cottage cheese spread, cut the avocado lengthwise, remove the pit, lift the flesh from the skin with a spoon and mash with a fork.
Mix with lemon juice to prevent it from discoloring. Mix in the cottage cheese and the chopped dried tomatoes.
Season with the crushed garlic, vegeta and colored pepper.

Instead of fresh garlic, you can use granulated garlic or garlic salt for the avocado cottage cheese spread, or omit it altogether.
