A cake recipe for all foodies:

Mix low-fat curd cheese with 5 tbsp milk, 5 tbsp +liter and sugar. Mix flour with baking powder and add to curd mixture. Make vanilla pudding powder with milk, sugar and maizena (corn starch) according to instructions and let marzipan – raw mass melt in it.

Roll out the dough onto a greased baking tray and spread with the cooled custard. Pit the apricots and place them on the cake.

Bake the cake in the heated oven at 200 °C on the middle shelf for 45 minutes.

Heat the apricot jam and brush the cake with it. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
