For the sauce, heat the oil, brown the celery, carrots, garlic and bacon for 5 min. Add the meat, stir-fry for 5 minutes over high heat, season with salt and pepper. Add puree, tomatoes, clear soup, wine, sugar and oregano.

Make 10 min, then simmer on low heat for 20 min. In the meantime, make the spaghetti “al dente”. Drain well and divide evenly on warmed plates, bring to the table with sauce and freshly grated Parmesan.
