Instructions:

For the quick chocolate tart with mango:

Knead flour, cocoa powder, sugar, butter and egg to a shortcrust dough – either with your hands or with the dough hook of the mixer.

Roll out the dough between cling film and immediately place in a well-buttered tart pan (diameter 28cm). Pull the dough up to the edge of the pan and place in the refrigerator, covered with cling film, for at least 30 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the remaining sugar with softened butter until creamy, add the egg, then carefully and briefly stir in the flour and baking powder. Heat the cream, slowly melt the chocolate inside (don’t let it boil!) and then let it cool down a bit. Then stir into the mixed dough.

Remove tart pan from refrigerator, top with mango sliced into wedges and pour chocolate mixture over.

Place the remaining mango slices decoratively on the tart and bake in the oven preheated to 170° for about 25 minutes – and the delicious chocolate tart with mango is ready.

Preparation Tip:

The chocolate tart with mango tastes simply delicious even lukewarm.
