Boil sugar, spices, milk and long grain rice at high temperature.
Finish cooking on normal or flash cooking plate for 20 min. on 0 and about 15 min. on 1/2 (automatic plate 3-4 with lid on).
Add a little browned butter and cinnamon sugar to the rice porridge, as well as apple puree, apricots and other compote.
with the lid slightly open for the last 15 min.
