For the cream cheese ice cream, bring milk, cream and vanilla pulp to a boil in a saucepan. Beat sugar and yolks over a bain-marie until foamy.

Slowly stir the vanilla milk into the yolk mixture and continue to stir until the mixture thickens.

Remove bowl from water bath and add cream cheese, stirring until melted. Allow the mixture to freeze in the freezer for approx. 3 hours, only then serve the cream cheese ice cream.

Preparation Tip:

Serve with the cream cheese ice cream fresh strawberries with a little mint and powdered sugar.
